Latin America has seen a rapid increase in transfer pricing activity in the past few months. Recent key events include the Brazilian Government issuing provisional measures affecting transfer pricing regulations, the Uruguayan General Tax Bureau (GTB) together with the Finance Ministry providing further details about certain key aspects of the existing transfer pricing regulations, as well as the Venezuelan tax administration(SENIAT) imposing multi-million transfer pricing adjustments on taxpayers from several industries.
