Our one day customer summit follows the progression of the customer transformation journey within the industry.
A confluence of circumstances—new technologies, shifting demand, and evolving customer expectations—are creating an inflection point and altering the rules of the game. Customers historically had little interaction with their utility providers. But that model is rapidly changing. Newly empowered customers, accustomed to higher standards from other service providers, are demanding more transparency and control over their energy consumption, and proclaiming their preferences – no longer an invisible rate payer but now an informed and involved decision maker.
We’ll journey along the customer transformation continuum with industry panelists sharing experiences, learnings and insights – from initiating and growing customer engagement to building a lasting customer partnership and finally, a futuristic look at the realm of possibilities for the Customer 2020 and beyond – with perspectives from inside and outside the industry.
