PwC Saratoga has developed a series of surveys, metrics and measurement focused workshops that are delivered throughout the US. Our Metrics 101 course is focused on the basics of developing a dashboard and selecting metrics that link to organizational strategies.
Metrics 200 is a continuation course to Metrics 101 and is designed for Business Partners, Generalists, COE Leaders and HR analysts who have some basic experience with HR and workforce measures. The course is focused on helping practitioners answer the “so what” behind metric results that executives are most interested in and develop a business case for HR initiatives based on metric results.

The Metrics 101 and Metrics 201 courses have been approved for 6 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
