Metrics 200 is a continuation course to Metrics 101 and is designed for Business Partners, Generalists, COE Leaders and HR analysts who have some basic experience with HR and workforce measures. The course is focused on helping practitioners answer the “so what” behind metric results that executives are most interested in and develop a business case for HR initiatives based on metric results.
Workforce Planning 101 course is designed to assist organizations who are building an internal capability to conduct workforce planning and looking to take their process to the next level.

Finance 101 for the HR Professional is designed for individuals who want to increase their literacy in the human capital metrics of finance and have the ability to demonstrate the ROI of the workforce.
