Objective/Content: This course has been designed for individuals that are interested in increasing their knowledge on HR measurement and how metrics can be used to demonstrate the value of HR and help with cost saving initiatives, or for individuals that have some basic experience with HR and workforce measures and have a dashboard in place.
Target Audience: These workshops appeal to a broad human resources (HR) audience, especially HR professionals with responsibility for developing and implementing programs designed to maximize the effectiveness of the workforce. The 200 course might be of particular interest to Business Partners, Generalists, COE Leaders and HR analysts.
CPE Credit: Participants in this course will be eligible for up to 8.0 CPE credits.
